Eligibility requirements for homeowners

At least 18 years old
Be the owner-occupant of a residential property in Howard County
Demonstrate that the property is current on mortgage payments or owned outright
Provide proof of liability insurance on the property
Agree to a home safety and habitability inspection by a licensed inspector paid for by Bridges
Be capable of living independently and managing their personal affairs
Pass a criminal background check and reference checks
